Design

In the Design and Estimating phase, we craft a tailored and actionable plan for your project. Here's a detailed breakdown of our process:

1. Estimate Presentation:

   We provide a line-by-line breakdown of the tasks and costs associated with the project, further subdividing the project into areas or phases when appropriate.
    

2. Design:
   We devise a plan based on your unique situation, including site requirements, and your personal preferences.

   ​

3. Job Pictures:
   Before-and-after pictures of completed projects similar to yours offer real-life examples of our work and potential outcomes.

    

4. Illustrated Pictures:
   We use computer software to mark on, make notes, or impose images onto pictures of your project site to relay concepts, illustrate project details, and show how things will look once the plan is implemented.

    

5. Material Samples:

   Material samples give that absolute assurance when there are questions or concerns regarding color, size, texture, or the quality of the products being proposed. These can be seen in person at the vendor’s location, or individual pieces can sometimes be delivered to your doorstep.
    

6. Getting the Information to You:

   We compile, and email all the information pertaining to the project, potentially including:

   • Line by line task list with associate details and cost breakdown

   • Job Detail Pics (illustrated pics of your site)

   • Plant Pictures

   • Material Pictures
     We also provide an estimated start and finish date including the expected time to complete the project. To ensure you receive the information in a timely manner, we’ll follow up with a text or phone call.
      

7. Follow Up:
   We will follow up within 1-3 days to address any questions, concerns, or feedback you may have regarding the presented design and estimate. We’ll follow up with you after the project too! Expect us to check in before, during, and after the entire process, and even months later, just to be sure everything is up to expectations.  
    

8. Dialing it in:

   We collaborate with you on revisions and adjustments to the estimate and/or design until we reach a finalized version that aligns with your expectations.
